- NW; minimal office inventory, mostly small medical/professional buildings, the area is substantially residential and services to residential, University of Calgary, SAIT Polytechnic, Foothills Medical Centre complex and miscellaneous neighbourhood buildings
- NE; the most substantial suburban market in terms of inventory and options, near the Calgary International Airport
- SW; minimal office inventory, mostly small medical/professional buildings, Currie Barracks complex, Westmount office complex and miscellaneous neighbourhood buildings
- SE; significant inventory, mostly in the far south along the Macleod Trail corridor (near C-train access) and in the Deerfoot Trail/Riverbend and Douglasdale areas
