How to use this site . . .
There are three basic components
to the calgaryofficespace.com site
We asked
our designers and programmers to focus on function, ease
of use for the novice
computer user yet be very robust
in how the site works. We are pleased they delivered on all
points.
Most people
look for real estate and real estate services from time to
time – but not often. Needs / inquiries
are often geared to lease maturities, growth / shrinkage
cycles in business
and, to a larger degree, are opportunity driven. We want
our site to be ‘the go to place’ when someone
has that need. Having said that, needs for real estate and
real estate
services are not an every day requirement. . . .but in running
a business, operating an office and ‘running a day
to day life’ for most people involves many needs for
information, resources and quick connections to them. THAT,
is where this
site really shines;

The Top
Portion of the main page:

Portion of the main page:

has general and broken down [by avenue] geographical areas
identified. By clicking
on a
category, you drill
down to a list of the office space known
to be available for lease
in that geographical area. All these suites
are arranged in sequence of size from smallest to
largest; when
you find one
you are interested in, just click where it
says Details under the PDF File heading; that will
take you to
an information sheet on the property.
We
do not feature properties that do not
exist. By this we mean
we do not feature
information
on ‘buildings to be
built’ or ‘buildings
under-construction and not available
for occupancy. The purpose
of this site is to reflect
all the space in Calgary which
is available now.
